Re-Rite

Putting Scans To Work

Re-Rite is a software service program that allows users to convert paper documents into editable file formats on the fly and then distribute those files to a shared network folder, an email address or both. Re-Rite is accessed through the control panel on a Toshiba e-STUDIO multifunction device. The user simply inserts a document into the automatic document feeder and presses a template button on the control panel. Re-Rite then takes over and converts the file and distributes it as defined in the setup.

PDF Direct Print

Simple and Efficient PDF Printing

Kyocera's PDF Direct Print software utility allows users to send PDF (Portable Document Format) files directly to a printer without the need to open the file in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and print using a conventional print driver.

Quick & Easy Operation

Just “drag & drop” or “right click” the file. No print drivers is required and there is no need to open the PDF viewer. Detailed mode is also available for advanced printing such as 2 in 1, duplexing, and finishing.

Secured Prints

Since PDF files can be encrypted, confidentiality of the document is protected on the network when you print. Encrypted PDFs with passwords will require the correct password entered in PDF Direct Print.

Print e-mail attachments

With the Kyocera's Enhanced Network Interface e-mail print function, e-mail PDF attachments can be printed quickly. Documents are conveniently delivered to remote print locations.

Secure Printing

Protecting the confidentiality of vital information is a key concern for many businesses and these concerns also apply to the documents that are printed. Technocom offers users the ability to securely print documents on shared printers or MFPs from their PC and release the print job at the device by entering a personal identification codes (PIN) ensuring that the print jobs remain private.
